It's the Modular 45 02T set - the module in the middle is a Heuer 02 Tourbillon.

This Luxury Kit was made during the second generation of the TAG Heuer Connected (2017-2020), the only Swiss Made and the only Modular generation of the Connected. There were three mechanical modules available for this Modular concept in the 45mm size: Calibre 5, Calibre 16, and Calibre Heuer 02 Tourbillon. First two were sold separately, but the Tourbillon module only came together with the complete Luxury Kit, including a Connected module, two straps, a charger stand, and the huge box. Price new in 2018 was around 17500€
I’m missing that Tourbillon module in my Modular collection! 😅
