Original dial

Like this watch but wondering if a redial. The aero-compax text looks a bit sloppy to me and
The geneve font under universal seems too large. Most I have seen the geneve is smaller relative to the universal.
But, I am a beginner. Advice appreciated,

I have seen that one before, the breguet numerals on the 12 o'clock dial is a give away redial (at least that was the conclusion I came to unless can be proven other wise, sala also has one dial like that which is branded reprinted in the text).

The round pusher aeros are far rarer than the rectangle ones and some great samples have fetched close to 5 digits but with the above sample being a redial it won't be anywhere near that.
