·Let me try to take a shot at this. Redial, ink too thick for the signature, the 10th minute on the chronograph minute counter is way off center, wrong chronograph sweep center second hand (never saw a red one, and the style seems to be from a later model). Crown also seems wrong..... Avoid.

I'll add a couple: subdial hands are incorrect, case is badly over polished, top pusher is an ill fitting replacement.
I'd also like to see more pics of the case--speculating here, but I wonder if it's UG at all?
