Looks like an 80's Connie without a case.
It's a battery operated wall clock. If it was issued by Omega, it may worth several hundred (if it can be cleaned up), otherwise maybe $50.

Put it on eBay with no reserve. You might kill two birds with one stone. Find out the value, and get rid of it.
