Omega Vintage 166.020

Hi everyone, I came across this interesting Omega vintage that I would like to buy. Potentially it is the reference 166.020, according to the seller's description.

Based on your experience, are the components original or at least period-correct? Any idea of a fair price range for buying it?

The 166.020 has date, that watch doesn't and should be a 165.020 so if the inside of the case says 166.020 that's a problem from the start

Yes, it's the same thing that I thought, probably the case was taken from another model..
