The Suveran has ref 2400 , powered by a 30T2. serial in 10 mil range. This one is not a Suveran and looks like a franken to me.

It is hoped, no one gets his or her fingers burnt. It surprises me, with forums like this and also some others, where experts and lovers of vintage-watches readily give advice, people still get duped into buying a franken or a fake. This is rather unhealthy, since it will deter potential vintage-watch lovers, participating in this very healthy and challenging pastime.

With regard to the seller of this 'Suveran' and also others like him, there is nothing to stop them from plying their 'rubbish' on eBay. How I wished, we can still warn potential buyers of the potential dangers, facing them. At one time we could but that avenue is now blocked by eBay, unfortunately.
