OMEGA Seamaster. Is this a fake? If not what should I pay for it?

Hi all great forum.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this Omega I was offered to purchase is a fake, and what I should be paying?

I live in Indonesia, so fakes abound.

Watch is genuine, however the case is quite worn/polished and the dial is refinished, I would not buy this watch.

The hands seem different from one photo to the next, too. That would worry me if the post above hasn’t already dissuaded you.
