Omega pocket watch help (crown and stem)

Have Omega pocket watch that I have never seen befor. It has differend stem and crown (just like on American pocket watches) as I am used with Omega.

Problem I have is that I need new crown and stem and if anyone have any idea where can I get this part it would be awsome.
