··ΩF InvestiGator1. I think the watch was redialled. The “Swiss Made” is too far apart for this particular model. Here is an example of a Ref. 2272 which I believe has an original dial:

2. Either the seconds hand is too small, or it is a replacement. Just doesn’t match up.
3. What is that case screw doing in the middle of the movement?
This would be a hard pass from me.
