Assuming the service intervals are maintained and the register reaches 1000 years that's a mere $400 a year, bargain!
An oil change on a (for example) Bugatti Veyron runs $20 to $25 thousand dollars. What might an oil change cost on this contraption be? Add that to the equation, and things don’t look so rosy.
Wow, whats it running on, first pressing single origin extra virgin olive oil? I think this is a case of we know you got the cash, so we will rinse you some more. I cannot see how it is possible to justify that much money?

There is a video to be found on the ‘net showing the process. As I recall, the car has to be partially dismantled to be able to do the oil change. And if memory serves me correctly, there are 7 drain plugs to remove in order to drain the old oil! One outfit advertises that they will do it for $10,000! Such a deal!
It probably implies rebuilding part of the engines, by skilled techs. Those skilled techs have to be trained and paid, and they aren't working on those cars often as they aren't many Veyrons on the road, so you also pay for them to sit around most of the year maybe? On top of that, healthy margin because luxury product, hence the ludicrous price.
Pointless junk for a few rich with no respect for their money to use as a way to show off.
both the watch and the car
Just had a look at the video, it appears to be about 10hrs of removing and replacing engine covers and body panels. If you can turn a screwdriver type stuff. Then 16L of oil. $2000 or $3000 seems a more appropriate charge. Still a ridiculous amount, you have to question why it is designed to be so hard to do a basic bit of maintenance.
