Went to Geneva Watch Days last night. Good times and really fun people hanging about. The AD had invited me to the event so that I could pick up this little beaut! Trying something new with the Octo!

Thanks all... I finally got past the supposed 'stigma' of Bulgari as a fashion watch and took the plunge. Frankly, I ordered this model because there isn't any Bulgari branding on the dial or anywhere else, aside from some small text on the back of the case. But I have to say, going to the Bulgari event at Watch Days, and seeing quite a few folks donning the more standard Octo's, I love them both with branding and without it. They just look cool. And I get the feeling that there is a quiet community of Octo enthusiast lurking... I was surprised to see that!

Anyway, thanks for all the good vibes and support!

LOVE that Octo! Too bad they aren't small wrist friendly, I can only appreciate it on others.

Am a big fan of the Octo but to me and I think for many other watch enthusiasts as well it’s there with the JLC Reverso. Looks great/cool, would love to have one etc but when I try it on can’t fall in love with it enough to buy one. Is it because the strap is so wide? I don’t know. It’s got wrist presence though that’s for sure!

Nice looking watch for sure! I swung by the local Boutique at the weekend to look at the Finissimo and they had an Octo Roma worldtimer which I really really like on the wrist. Pictures dont do these things justice, you have to try them on.

Yep I saw this when they announced it... Another great watch by Bulgari.

This is really an interesting watch - i guess this is ceramic? I have only seen in person the standard ceramic Octo and for me this is the most spectacular one from the bunch. To some extent it is the least ostentatious which is what I like about it.

i still wonder who designed the octo. hope that info someday comes to light. as i think that beyond the brand intervention there is some very talented person behind such lines.
