Very very nice collection mate, I really like that PVD Logo. What a stunner
BTW, what happened to Paneristi forum? It just ... died....
Thank you. The PVD logo Marina was a special edition of 200 only given out to Forum members at the time who placed their name on a list. Your name is engraved on the back of the case. PAM 195 is the reference. One I will never part with and hand down to my son.

The Paneristi forum is still up and running. Go to Paneristi.com

I'm a member there for a long time. But the place hasn't been very active in a couple of years, well, not like before.
BTW, that 195 reminds me of another Paneristi ref, PAM360. Maybe even the best PAM for me ever made

Yes, I remember going to a number of large get togethers with other Paneristi back in the day, biggest gathering was down near San Diego.
Isn't the 360 essentially a homage watch to the PAM 36?
I just checked the site and most of the discussions are about reference numbers I've never heard of... just stopped following. One guy has a WTB a PAM 28A... I remember a friend who picked it up at a swap meet for 1,200. USD when it was going for 8K at the time, and it was the real deal. Somebody didn't know.
Take care.

Submersible has finally seen some water action, similar setup as the PAM560 in the first post

Since Panerai 'glory days' are behind us (and that's a good thing!) I thought I'd share a couple water pics while I was on vacation last Year. Natural light only, Manual mode on camera and point 'n' shoot.
No Scuba this time, this was post free-dive.
Hope you like them. Cheers!

Yes, wonderful photos.

Every time I see something as gorgeous as that watch I run to Ebay thinking “I would really like one of those.” After seeing what they go for I crawl back into my hole. The most I have ever spent on a watch was $1700 certified serviced. (Interestingly - It arrived running set to the correct time.) The thought of spending $3,000 - $4,000 would give me a heart attack. The average for me is more like $500.

That said: thank you so much for sharing I’d never seen the brand before. One or the reasons I love the forum.

Thank you for the comment.
Glad that you like the pictures, and remember, it's not about how expensive the watch is or how famous the brand is. I also have a couple of G-Shock and SKX Seiko Diver's which I love to dive with and take loads of pictures. Money is sometimes the limiting factor in this hobby but the point is no matter how much or less you spend on watches, if you really enjoy them, the felling is the same, weather you spent 100 or 10000 dollars on a piece of device that all it does is measures time 😀

Back to topic, here is a couple of more

Some of these photos are actual pornography...

Panerais are cool but they swallow my little wrists whole! I laughed out loud when I tried one on once.
