If the bracelet is as stretched as it looks in those photos (going by the large gaps between links), it may be on the verge of mechanical failure. If you decide to use it on a regular basis, you might consider having it restored by rolliworks or classicwatchrepair.

Definitely stretched. Can you give me a rough estimate as to how much they typically charge for a job like this?

Well, if you got it for less than $180 USD (Michael Young's repair cost), then I think you probably did well, even with restoration costs.

Oh I looked up rollieworks first and they stated $500.
