Not a bug, but is there an option to make the background of Dark Mode brighter? This is the only site I've encountered that has a Dark Mode in pure black (#000000). Reading white text on it for a few seconds temporarily damages my eyes to the point of seeing ghost text if I look away from the screen. Mini-LED and OLED screens probably exacerbate the situation. Maybe do something slightly brighter, along the lines of #282828?
I know it’s been covered but it’s brutal that if I click on a thread on page 5 and then back out when I’m done it resets me to page 1.
Agreed, though the current dark theme is really more like a "night mode" theme and intended for night browsing on a phone/tablet, where screen brightness is probably lower, etc. Having an intermediate option that eases up on BG darkness and less contrasty text would be nice too.

Hi guys - I have suddenly begun to receive (unwanted) emails relating to a few "watched" threads...from 2013!
I did disable emails just now, but very odd that I began to receive the notifications out of the blue.
Here's an odd one. No scroll bar in Safari 17.6. Works fine in Firefox.

Minor bug I've just spotted; the position of the Ads in the Forum appear as some sort of tag for users of the Ad-free version of the Forum. Here's an example:

Not a bug but a new user has an animated avatar.
Whilst initially thinking this was clever/cool that was quickly replaced with finding it irritating and escalating dislike from there on.
Is there a way for me to turn this off?
Or could it be considered whether this is actually worth removing as an option all together before more people think it's a great idea (initially) and give it a go themselves?
Sorry for being a grumpy old man, but we possibly/probably are the majority here.
Is anyone having a bug where you can't add photos? When I hit the button my phone takes me to a blank screen. I'm not having the same issue on other sites. I'm using an android Google pixel.
Anyone have any suggestions?
