A beautiful watch, but 43.5mm for a dress watch is too big. The cal 89 at 36 is almost perfect I think

Agree to some extent with respect with the "dress watch" idea, but nevertheless the new Portofino shown on the OP is a very elegant watch. I'm sure there is "dress" occasion for every type/style of watch. I enjoy both extremes depending on the "dress" occasion..
