My copy of International Wrist Watch Magazine 1995 No. 29 arrived. Which as @Albert-AMG pointed out, has a nice article on the 6000 Senna. From what I can tell, this issue is from around the late Spring of 1995, as it also contains a report on Basel '95 (which took place in April 1995) and refers to future events in June onward.

A curious oddity for sale on eBay. Supposedly the case-back cover for WH1114, yet it's missing the no. XXX/1000 engraving. Perhaps it's a blank made by TAG Heuer as spare parts? Or might it be a replica?

Or a prototype, or perhaps a defective piece (the 'WH1114' text is not properly aligned with the TH logo) that was left half-produced, and the number XXX/1000 was never engraved because it was previously discarded... a curious piece in any case! 馃憤馃徏

Pics of @Jeff Stein's latest addition. 馃槑

Edit: One more under different lighting.
A fun watch that is very comfortable and easy to wear.

Yesterday, I was chatting with a friend -- who is a full-time watch journalist -- about the topic of ambassadors, athletes, paid placements, influencers, stylists, celebrities, etc., and he said, "I don't think I've ever bought anything based on a celebrity endorsement, at least not willingly, but I guess people do."

Well, I'm guilty as charged. I definitely wouldn't have purchased this one, but for the Senna connection, but in view of that deep connection, I'm thrilled to wear it!!

Thanks to the enablers, encouragers, and especially Chris Trader, who sourced this one for me.
