Interesting direction, but it seems as if they missed an oportunity to use the pushers as a sort of semi-integrated crown guards. That crown looks like an added-on afterthought and potentially rather uncomfortable. Odd as it is a sports watch which, well at least in theory, is worn during physical activities where it will brush against the back of the hand a lot.

I thought king was Nautilus!! Still sold at huge premium.

by 'sport', it appears they are going after the polo crowd.

Nice looking watch, but it definitely does not seem like a sports watch to me. Maybe for the owners of the sports teams?

It's really a nice Watch. It's not a sports Watch like others, but it's probably the sportiest Lange can do, without loosing their Brand Identity. Cool that they tried something. The movement is probably the best looking in that segment.🥰

Not a fan of this watch. And at $28,800, I don't see why anyone who is in the market for a steel sports watch with an integrated bracelet would choose this over a Nautilus for the same price ($30,000; assuming you can get one at retail at some point) or a Royal Oak (at $20,000, 2/3 of the cost).

The positioning of the Chopard Alpine Eagle is much more compelling for me - $10-$13K for those who need to scratch the steel sports watch integrated bracelet itch but either don't want to spend $20-$30K or can't find the Nautilus or RO. And the Chopard is a cooler look (granted without the finishing of Lange).

Dial is nice, but the "crown guards", lugs and bracelet don't look right together.

Agreed. It's funny, a couple of my watches do have the day of the week on them (my triple date and my Blancpain) and in a review of the Blancpain it described this as one of the most useful complications. Really, useful!? I'm fine having it on there, and it really makes the Blancpain appearance-wise for me, but if I ever reach the point of needing my watch (or anything else) to tell me what day it is then it's time to abandon all hope.
