Need some guidance on a Baume et Mercier

I found this Watch and I am in need of some price guidance. I have searched through ebay and Chrono24 to try and get a guideline. I figured it might be time to take it to some minds that would know a little bit better than me. I would much appreciate an estimate of what this is worth.

Hmm...my first thought is that it may be a fake. The dial quality/date window looks pretty poor.
