I have been told this is a Milanese bracelet, the mesh seems tightly woven. Does it have a collector's value? I think my Uncle bought it in the late 70's or early 80's.

Sadly its not a prized collector's piece mainly due to the fact that its Quartz, and more of a fashion watch from the 1980s. If its solid gold the value will likely be whatever it can be melted for as scrap (sad as that sounds, there's just not many people interested in wearing it).
