Need Crystal for Omegamatic Ref 2514.50 Any Help Appreciated

Have an excellent omegamatic seamaster 200
only 1 flaw huge scratch across the width of the crystal
have searched for more than awhile w/o luck
anyone know of a source or maybe the correct part number ?

Part number for the crystal is 062SA2054.

You will also need a crystal gasket, and that is 298ZW5527.

Do you know if I can order these 2 items directly from Omega or someone else like the above ?
