My First Piepan!

So my first Omega Seamaster was an early 1960's model with a healthy 550 movement which ran accurately and was a classic beauty. However, the dial had been refinished sometime long ago, and the fonts weren't quite right. Also, the case had been over-polished at some point throughout its life. So, it was time for me to help it find a new home, and use the funds to move up the food chain. Enter my new Connie, which has a recently serviced 561 from 1963, and a dial that is original! I've tried to sharpen the pics so you can see the crisp lugs with their unmolested chamfering, but I'll have to perfect my photo skills before I can show off the case detailing.

One of your three rice beads joining the endlink on the 6:00 side of the dial is upside down!

Yeah, I only noticed it when I was editing the pictures. One of them is upside down on the 12:00 side too & I'll fix it this weekend.
