·I agree with Rich that it looks like a refinished dial.
The movement will be a 95M and the hand on the hour recorder is a replacement - it should be a kris type hand as on the minute recorder.
The case should have a 4 digit serial number between the lugs (I have seen it between either set of lugs) and this is the same as the last 4 digits of the serial number on the inside of the case back.
The price is really good, even allowing for the deficiencies. I've seen parts watches sell for more.

·In the UK, it would be somewhere around £2,000 so that would relate to about $3,500 CAD. Even allowing for the market difference between the UK and US/Canada, I would still say $2,500 plus.

·These M90/95s can be lovely - bought one recently myself and very happy with it. I'd imagine parts are an issue, so I'd check that it is working properly, before committing to it. Dial, as flagged above, looks like a re-finished job. The movements are 10.5 ligne (26.5 mm), so the cases can vary a lot in size from 32-37mm in width, although this one looks reasonably sized. Kelz, the watch under question is a redial with the hand replacement mentioned. That said, the price is very well below market, but the question I'd put to you is "What are you paying for?" Would you be happy wearing something like that? It's too expensive for a parts watch.
I am not any more the guru than many others on these pages - fully agree about Stewart's mechanical knowledge. I am, however, the pornographe du chronographe....😀

·To be honest, as soon as I read the info about the redone dial and missing kris hand, I was instantly turned off. This watch will no longer be considered.
