Just wondering really if anyone on here would be interested in following a thread about a motorcycle rebuild/restoration that I'm currently in the middle of?

I have 3 bikes at the moment, 2 early 2000s BMW R1150R Rocksters, and a 1950s "Special" that my father built up. I'm currently rebuilding the engine on the special, so given that there are mechanically minded folk on this forum: would you be interested in seeing progress of this project?

(that's not me, that's my Dad).

Nice bike! Sure, I'd be interested in following the rebuilding progress of your '50's Special.

No longer a biker myself, I semi rebuilt a 1980 Z250 many years ago, anything mechanical interests me.
That's a glorious looking bike, real cafe racer look to it.

Good to know there's some interest - I'll put the rebuild into it's own thread, this one could be a general "Hey - I'm a biker too" list?
