Yea... late last year my grandfather was dying from an aortic embolism but it was a very nice room in the coronary care ward at a private hospital, made that remark to an orderly and his response was "Do you have any idea how many hundreds of people have died in this room? In that bed?" He wasn't a ray of sunshine but he had a point
