Not a Marvin, but indeed a driver’s watch. This Gruen has articulated lugs which hinge down when the watch is to be worn on the edge of the wrist, and up when the watch is to be worn on top of the wrist.

That is a very cool Marvin. I think I’ve seen the same case with a Gruen movement/dial. Will see if I can find the pic.
