Hi, have a strange dial with gold index & gold around day/date, any information?

Are you asking if the gold border is correct? Are you sure this dial is for this reference in steel? Is this the original dial, and the other a service dial?

I'm not shure what cal the dial is to, strange it fits to 1310 and apparently to mariner 1 did they ever made 18k must have wieght 100grams..🫣
