Manual watch with two crowns; may I have clarification on the crown function at 4 o'clock!

Kindly may I know which movement is that and also what function of the the crown at the 4 o'clock.

Maybe a bezel lock?

Without clear pictures of the whole watch it's just a guessing game.

It looks like a re-cased ladies pocket watch movement, the "crown" at 4 is a push pin for setting the time.

PS: Looks like it may have a cylinder escapement as well, so possibly from the first quarter of the 20th century.

PS: Looks like it may have a cylinder escapement as well, so possibly from the first quarter of the 20th century.
I was searching after your clarification and it seems that Cylinder escapements are becoming increasingly difficult to service because they were largely phased out of production in the early 20th century
