This morning after several weeks since this last happened mail alerts are again hitting the in-box.
Not a problem just strange 馃槙

Mine too..Could it have been the spam filter or something simple like that? Have you checked your spam folder?

Do you mean your Omega Forums Inbox or your Gmail/Hotmail Inbox?

Nope, blueyonder (Virgin Media) mail account, straight to the inbox with nothing to spam. Has happened on a couple of previous occasions.
Forum settings all to nil ?

Still don麓t understand. Is your problem any of this?:

A- You receiving spam in your @blueyonder Inbox folder instead of in the Spam folder.

B- You are not receiving notifications from Omega Forums in your @blueyonder account

Receiving notifications from Omega Forums in my blueyonder account with all forum alert preferences set at zero.
No biggie but strange that is happens now and again. 馃槙

Maybe there麓s any problem with your settings in the OF server cache.
What about if you change your email account in the OF settings for few days, and then re-change it with the actual one...馃槙?

OTOH I have all alert turned on (only because that was the default) and I have yet to receive anything.

Let麓s see if dsio finds any possible bug.
If not, I would try what I told you before; change your email account for few days, then change it back and see what happens. Maybe this is not the most professional solution, but nothing to loose trying.
