Looking For A Complete Balance For A 30t2 Movement

I am having trouble with my WWII British Army WWW Omega 30T2
It is running very inconsistently-very fast when I wear it and better when laying on the table overnight
It has been cleaned, demagnetized and thoroughly gone over by my repairman. The timing screws have been checked and the mainspring has been adjusted. The staff is also ok
He told me that the hairspring is mismatched to the balance and that I should try replacing the entire balance, but finding one at an affordable price seems problematic
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a balance?
Does anyone have a balance for a 30T2 available?

My watch is with another watch maker now and he is assessing it. I'm hoping he will be able to get it back into good running condition without having to install a new balance
I have been able to locate a complete balance in a dealer's collection. He said he will sell it to me if I need it
