Same ref/style sold as Meylan. Lemania ref 816.
I would need a movement and case back (inside and out) pic to say more.
Either a rare take, or a Franken.

During this week I will meet the owner and then I will know the reference number. He does not have any tools to open the watch. Attach picture of the movement and replaced parts.

I have no firm documentation on ref 815.
From the looks of it I would say it's legit.
Nice watch, and surely quite seldom seen.

Hello it's the same watch. Mikael Wallhagen on Bukovski had the wish to sell this at their auction. The owner is willing to sell.

I wish he could present his findings here, rather than to pretend to know nothing.

I´ve seen another one of this model in better shape (which I tried to buy, without success BTW).

Well, advice your client to sell it on Bukowskis or Kaplans. I´m sure he will get the market price, and won´t be disappointed, unless you let him believe in the million dollars expectation

ha ha It was a little unfortunate formulation. He is very happy that he received more info about this and I tio. Now I think no one else has to insinuate that it's fake. Now he looks forward to a valuation.
