Hey all,

Been lurking for a while trying to familiarize myself with the world of luxury watches as I am getting ready to make my first step into this level and Omega is at the top of a very short list so what better place to go? With a bit of hunting hopefully soon you will see me posting a pic of my wrist sporting a new to me Seamaster PO or SMP...

What major city are you in or nearest to? Our “true north strong and free” is a fairly large land mass after all... 😉

Thanks for the welcome sir! I live in a tiny little rural hamlet called Water Valley about 1 hour NW of Calgary. My business (custom wheels and tires) is in Calgary proper.

Hi Bob,

Welcome to the forum. I have found the more research you can do the more confident your purchase will be.

Also, seeing and trying on the watches is important, although not always easy to do depending on your location.
