Rose gold was used in the Art Deco era, it was after WWII when yellow gold came into fashion as people wanted a newer, fresher appearance. For years rose gold was looked at as fusty and old fashioned, then it became popular again over the last couple of decades. Nothing wrong with either, but on a watch so iconic as the Reverso I think they look best in rose or white metal. But it's all personal opinion.
White Gold? Platinum?
My wrist is 7.5 inches.
Unless that's your wrist in the picture, it's next to useless as a guide. The case is the same size on both that and the watch I posted.
They look totally different because of wrist shape and wrist size. The way Reverso's wear really - really - depends on your wrist.
You just have to try them on. When you do, it gets obvious pretty quickly which size works for you. There were models I loved, but as soon as I put them on they just looked totally wrong.
If you're in the UK, go to a Boutique - they are usually happy to spend time letting you try them. The good assistants know choosing a Reverso is not quick & depends more on personal physicality than the round cased watches...
And also its ease-of-use, as I had the generation where you can advance the hour by a big pusher on the side of the case.
This one looks sharper and it's near me.https://www.blowers-jewellers.co.uk/product/jaeger-le-coultre-reverso-duoface-18ct-yellow-gold/
Not crazy about the bracelet however and I would apparently be paying a fair bit for it.
