Just received my 528-8, circa 1980ish.

Lovely!!

Do you know its service history and have you observed the degrees of rotation (30掳 for each triple-line marker).

I'm generally curious about the degrees of rotation you're all getting (ideally with the info on the last service). Please share 馃榾

Just a note: the degrees of a full rotation (from stopping on one side to stopping on the other side) is NOT the amplitude. The amplitude is half of that. So if you get 500掳 degrees rotation, that's 250掳 amplitude. And no, the amplitude in an Atmos is not comparable with a wrist watch.

it was just service by the horologist who sold it to me. The amplitude is about 300 (600 deg full rotation)

Oh wow, that's excellent. You're lucky. I mostly hear about 450 to 540 for recently serviced ones.
Who's the seller/horologist, if you can/want to share the info?

Cool thanks. Just checked out their website. The Atmos' in their shop are priced very competitively! And if also already serviced, those are excellent deals.
I'm in Europe, though.
