I'm considering on sending an old JLC Memovox to the factory for a restoration and a dial replacement. I was wondering if anyone here has any examples of what their service dials look like?

Are there any other companies that do decent work on redials that aren't in the $900 category?

While JLC does does,very good restoration work, unless that Memovox is a family herloom or other piece with significant sentimental value, you'll pump a lot of money into it that will not easily be recouped.

Did they say what exactly they have done with the watch? Did they just swap the dial or th3y really have repainted it?
