Jacot tool help

Hello,

I purchased the Jacot Stainer tool for balance staff pivot polishing. Unfortunately I received lanterns or beds or runners or whatever it is called with sizes from 16 (0.160) to 150 (1.5mm). It is covered with 3 lantern pieces. I am missing the the one I need and it is the size of 4-15 (0.040-0.150). Instead of buying the second complete tool, I am trying to ask our community if somebody have it to sell or know how I can purchase this part of the tool.
I am checking the ebay for 3 months and couldn't find anything. It is always complete tool and the most of pictures doesn't cover what size of lantern is included.

This is the one I have but it is for bigger size. I need the one which will have the numbers from 4-16 (or 15).

Ive got one in vintage condition ( I have to check the numbers )

also Ive got 2 in very good condition boxed if current bits not fits to you I might be able to sell 1 complete
