IWC Cal 89 Jumbo, Redial or Rare Dial?

Came across a listing for a IWC cal 89 with 18k gold case and a lovely shark fin. Case looks great, dial print seems legit, until... I realized I can't find ANY example of the same dial configuration online. Has anyone seen a 37mm IWC cal 89 goldie with full roman numerals + center center second before?

I can't say I recall seeing the Roman dial previously, but I don't have any concerns with it at first glance. All cal 89 watches are center-second as far as I know. Obviously the photo is low resolution.

shoot, rookie mistake. This probably has a better resolution:

Everything else looks fine to me except the configuration. The italic signed brand name looks crisp, and "SWISS" should be correct for the period. Even the speckles on the printed numerals shows consistency throughout the dial
