IWC 89; original or repainted dial?

Good afternoon to you all.
I'm interested in a IWC 89 rose gold.
Seller states that the dial is 100% original.
However, I would like to be 100% sure about it.
What are your opinions?

I think the dial is original. However, the watch seems to be missing the bezel, which would make it a hard pass for me.

Edit - I think the bezel may have been removed with the crystal. However, I would want to see pictures of the fully assembled watch as well as movement and inside caseback.

I feel like you could find a better one like Alam's with some patience. I have its cousin, picked up from the SC on OF.
