I just created an account here a few days ago, specifically so I could PM someone selling a watch. He's been active on the forum but hasn't replied to my (now 2) PMs. He's probably just busy or something I guess, but I wanted to verify: are there any restrictions on the ability for new members to send PMs?

Put a PM sent on the FS thread. Holiday season so may be on holidays just getting a OF hit now and then on the phone.

Indeed, it says I don't have permission to reply to the for sale thread. The seller is malkav, in case you know him or have some other means of communicating with him.
