I see issues with the dial, but is a redial or has it had markers/hands replaced? And how about that caseback? The whole thing has a sort of half-baked feel to it, but I can't say if it due to fakery or just heavy wear badly covered up.

Odd! The inside of the caseback is clearly wrong. But the rest looks ok? Perhaps the seller uploaded the wrong photo?

Basically everything. It has a professional caseback. The professional was never quartz. Has a cheap quartz dial layout. I could go on for about 2 pages as to why this is a fake. Basically no Omega has looked even remotely like this one if you have spent any time around these watches.

I've been looking for a modern Seamaster chronograph with sword hands. I found this 2594.50, AC, that seems to be flying under the radar. There's one bid and no watchers, except me. Currently at $2000.00 (box and cards included). The caseback photo isn't the best but I think it looks okay. Slap me if I'm wrong. Am I missing anything?

looks ok its the "america's cup" dials they (for me) lack any real "finesse" they always look a bit "fake"

Looks legit & all comparisons I have done online seem to check out. Matching cards showing purchased originally from Omega Boutique. Just paranoid with eBay. Any help greatly appreciated.

hi i was given a womans stainless steel omega watch. it has quartz spelled one way on the front and spelled this way on the back. quratz. presuming with the spelling its a fake. just want to know before its thrown into the bin. many thanks

It's a cheap quartz watch the Omega printed on the dial. Pretty sure a Swiss watch company would not have Japan on the back. 😉
