Is My Watch An Early Automatic Seamaster?

I am told the bracelet is 9ct and the case is 18ct.I am thinking of selling but would love any info or advice anyone could give me.

Omega database is no help as usual since they list ref 168.023 as cal 751 and ref 166.032 as cal 752 both as 18k with no mention of the stainless or gold capped case versions.

The 9K mesh band really doesn't look like it belongs on that watch, its way too dressy for a watch thats as sporty as a Rolex Oyster

It depends on condition and servicing, which we would need a better series of photographs for.

It's close to mint.Just needs a new crystal due to light scratching.It was last serviced three years ago,but keeps tine beautifully
