It's a TAG Heuer Professional 1000 Series, what info are you looking for? I can't quite make out the reference number above the logo on the case back, which would indicate the specific model within the range.

The 1000 Series was first introduced as a Heuer model, pre-TAG Heuer, with subtle changes to the dial over the years. This pic is from the 1987 catalog, when it still hand "1000" on the dial.

Looks nice to me. Better pic of the caseback would be good - but the numbers "look" like that.
