iPhone and the dreaded 'Something went wrong'

I obtained the 45mm Red Bull Edition Tag Heuer Connect. No matter what I try, I cannot attach my Google account (the dreaded 'Something went wrong') via the TAG app on my iPhone.

I have a iPhone 16 Pro.

I have tried Unpairing and Repairing BT, Reinstalling the TAG app, and other suggestions on forums and website.

Any suggestions.

Also, when looking at the settings app on the watch, I only see connectivity options. Are there other options, Im not seeing

Have you tried a complete reset of the watch?

Under Settings, you should have a LOT of options - on mine I see the following: Connectivity, Display, Gestures, Apps & notifications, Google, Vibration, Battery (with a readout of the current %), General, Health profile, Location, Accessibilty, Security, and System

Thank you for the suggestion. I did get past it. I was able to set it up by using my TH account instead of using my Apple account option.
