That makes me wonder if you can use a loupe over the phone's camera for "macro". 😕

You can buy 'lenses' that clip onto your iPhone, not sure how good they are ?

My op was taken with the watch sitting in a cheap "Aldi" illuminated magnifier.
This image was taken with an add on lens, not great unfortunately 🙁
