I don't know if the previous thread I started acted as some kind of WIS rain dance or what, but almost 24 hours later I stumbled upon a single owner Tri-Compax 881101/02 with original GF bracelet and ridiculously even patina on the plots. Still can't believe it. Had been sitting in a local classified ad for over two weeks and I was the first person to reach out. Keep hunting, guys! They're still out there.

I just got it tonight and didn't have much daylight to work with, but after I get back in town next week, I'll try to snag some better shots. After a little polywatch on the crystal, should be like new. Enjoy!

Incredible!! If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for this beauty?

If you would rather not discuss I understand!

wow, congrats. When you say local classifieds, do you mean you found it on craigslist or the like? If so, that's insane.

What a find! It looks really sharp. The “old school” classified ad method adds a little bit of your own story to the watch
