What time is it? 馃槈
It鈥檚 bisecting the angle at 36 degrees. Applying the square root of the tangent gives approximately 5:47am. Not sure which time zone though.

Love the case
Don't love the dial
The movement would definitely look a lot better with some perlage or geneva stripes applied.

I鈥檓 actively looking for someone to decorate it if you know of anyone please let me know! That would be epic!!!

The case manufacturer has the design for ETA movements as samples for the large manufactures. I was able to get my hands on one.
You have a little time to register for a class in enameling.

RGM might also be able to help with a dial, although it would not be inexpensive. However, it'll match the look you're going for.

I spent years back in the 1990s studying enamel painting. Every Saturday for months on end when the class was in session.

Here it is 30 years later and I have yet to make a decent dial. It is way harder than it looks. Getting the base coat on without warping was a start. There is a lot of grinding and polishing involved.

Note that the pictures show cloisonne not watch dials.

Of course there are people who do specialize in this art. Everything has a cost and such would not be cheap.

I often wish I learned (or learnt) this back in the day when I had more time to dedicate to the art. I know a master Swiss trained jeweller who spent much time on enamelling jewellery and still prefers not do that type of work due to the difficulty. When I asked him about doing a watch dial, he laughed. He still does amazing jewellery work though.

I never knew one could get a watch case all sapphire. Very interesting, would be interested in seeing one in the flesh so to speak. Thank you for posting.

Love your use of the crown the movement was shipped with. I don't think anyone's done that before.

That actually is just on there for now. I have a matching crown to the case going on.

Nice job. What was the total cost for this interesting project?

Thank you! To be honest I would like to keep that for myself if you don't mind. It was a labor of love haha
