When you say full set in special box - what set? What box?

£1280 for the Calibre 16 module (mint), Ti lugs (used), Ti deployant (used), White rubber strap (heavily soiled, but cleaned up fairly well).

~£200 for VGC (barely worn) Ti bracelet, & Red/Orange/Green/White/Dark Blue/Black straps, with a lightly scratched Ti & PVD deployants (and sold my old Ti bracelet as it was better condition than mine, & the Red/Dark Blue/Black straps as they were duplicates).

~£360 for mint condition PVD module, PVD lugs, PVD bracelet, PVD deployant, & black logo strap. I already have a PVD bracelet, so will be selling my old one.

I mostly see the Cal. 16 module listed around £3K, usually with a couple of straps, like this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/325875816030
That seems a good deal on the cal 16. I paid 1300 for a mint head and used lugs , strap and clasp about 2 years ago. No where near the deal,of the century tag were doing as a warranty head exchange deal however at the time for only 452 pounds but that was an insane steal. Good luck and enjoy your watch , I love mine and I’m sure you will also.

Modified a service case to carry straps, bracelets, lugs, and deployants.

That's inventive, I use it as a strap container as well.👍
