Colleagues, I would like to ask you what you think about this watch. Unfortunately case probably been polished ... What i can do with this case...?
I have the opportunity to buy it, but I do not know if that makes sense?

To me, refinishing a case is a lot like refinishing the dial. Sometimes it is so far gone, there is no choice. I don't think that true of this watch. Yes, it has been polished, but some of the original finish is still there.

You just need to take it into account along with the condition of the dial, movement and bracelet, which I'm thinking is original also.

This is a very nice piece.

Well Abel Court is the man with Heuer case
work if you go that route. Don't use anyone else.

Minty examples are going for 3-3.5k euros. So yes, good price. You'd still have leftover to pack it off to Abel...

Although that case has been polished, for the price, I think it's an okay tradeoff. Big fan of these watches and they seem to be somewhat hard to come by. Always remember, buy the seller, not the watch.
