I'm US based but I work with customers all over the world.

Thanks for the vote of support Steve (we have some pretty fun chats about watches and whatnot on an almost daily basis). Steve's the best!

Thanks Automobila42! I looked you up on Instagram after you checked my meager collection of photos. I'll try to keep it interesting!
Just saw your message on this forum, I am looking for a original bezel or used junk watch tag 984-013n if you don,t have one do you know of the substitute type tag watch and there number that would fit to replace the bezel

Heuer 980.006 restoration and oyster bracelet with Tag Heuer clasp.

Here is a finished full restoration on a good customer’s 980.006:

This features a solid link oyster with a genuine Tag Heuer flip-lock clasp installed. This required some modification but it always turns out well and makes for quite a substantial watch since it is a solid link bracelet.
Hi I just picked up a similar Heuer 980.006. Unfortunately the ratchet is broken I think as the bezel just spins freely both ways and doesn’t click. I’m trying to source a new one. Would you happen to know the part number of a good source and can I just go with any TG part which matches the size

The bezel itself is hopefully fine but sounds like the click spring inside is either broken or missing. The bezels do prise off but be careful and cushion it under with a cloth/fabric where you can. Then you can see what's there....or isn't!
