Although there appear to be 2 differences (red pointers) I'm convinced this is the same watch

I don't get it, maybe it is the same watch but where is the problem ? Do you think it is a fake ?

Who says there is a problem? I track (a.o.) 22492's so I wanted to know whether I could add a new one to my database but it appears to be a known one.
