Had an Helvetia Waterstar once. Not exactly similar, but a diver from the same maker

its a Helvetia whit a Deepthgauge in the glas believe this model to be late 60s and normaly they come whit date and powerd by a ASU movement in a 70s case

Nice example - when Oris came out with their Depth Gauge model a few years ago saying it was the first time this had been done, I pointed out that Helvetia had beaten them by many decades...they were not impressed I think and someone on the Oris marketing team didn't do their research!

Nivada also had one in the 60/70s.

Very nice buy and original box to boot. The dial is very reminiscent of the RAN (Royal Australian Navy) DROZ Supercompressors, which if you can find one, go for a tad bit more than a few (thousand) dollars. It is definitely a depth gauge watch. Get it serviced and enjoy wearing your little treasure.

Indeed. Cool pickup. Careful with the crystal... Replacements cannot be found (I've been hunting for 3 years).
